By accessing or using our daily diet recipe platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use RecipeRoot services.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing recipe arcs, or using any RecipeRoot services on Khythranoph platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms of use and our privacy policy. Subscription and Payment
Subscription Plans
RecipeRoot offers multiple subscription tiers providing varying levels of access to recipe arcs, meal planning guidance, and platform features on Khythranoph. Subscription fees are charged on a recurring monthly basis unless you select an alternative billing cycle. All fees are stated in United States dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our return policy on khythranoph.ddd.
Payment Authorization
By providing payment information to RecipeRoot, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all subscription fees, including applicable taxes. You agree to maintain valid payment information and to update it promptly if it changes. If a payment fails, RecipeRoot may suspend or terminate your access to Khythranoph platform until payment is received.
Price Changes
RecipeRoot reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least thirty days advance notice of price increases by email and through prominent notice on Khythranoph platform. If you do not agree to a price increase, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect on khythranoph.ddd.
Cancellation and Termination
User Cancellation
You may cancel your RecipeRoot subscription at any time through your account settings on Khythranoph platform. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to recipe arcs and meal planning features until that date. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods on khythranoph.ddd.
Termination by RecipeRoot
RecipeRoot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Khythranoph platform at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or any conduct that we determine to be harmful to RecipeRoot, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to access recipe arcs and services will cease immediately on khythranoph.ddd.
Intellectual Property Rights
RecipeRoot Content
All content on Khythranoph platform, including recipe arcs, meal planning guidance, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of RecipeRoot or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any RecipeRoot content without express written permission on khythranoph.ddd.
Limited License
RecipeRoot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Khythranoph platform and recipe content for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. This license does not permit you to download, store, or redistribute RecipeRoot content except as expressly authorized on khythranoph.ddd.
User Content
If you submit feedback, suggestions, pantry information, or other content to RecipeRoot through Khythranoph platform, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute that content for any purpose. Acceptable Use Policy

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to RecipeRoot systems, accounts, or data
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code through khythranoph.world
- Use automated systems to scrape, extract, or collect RecipeRoot content without permission
- Use recipe arcs or meal planning guidance for commercial purposes without authorization
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any RecipeRoot software or technology

Service Availability

Recipe arcs and meal planning guidance provided by RecipeRoot on Khythranoph platform are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional nutritional or dietary advice. RecipeRoot does not guarantee specific outcomes from following our recipes. Warranty Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RecipeRoot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Limitation of Liability

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Informal Resolution
If you have a dispute with RecipeRoot regarding Khythranoph platform or services, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by sending written notice describing the nature of the dispute and desired resolution. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within sixty days of receiving your notice on khythranoph.ddd.
Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these terms or RecipeRoot services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Henderson, Nevada, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. You waive your right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations on Khythranoph platform.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to RecipeRoot services on Khythranoph platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts on khythranoph.ddd.
Changes to These Terms
RecipeRoot reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on Khythranoph platform with a revised effective date and sending email notification to your registered address. Your continued use of RecipeRoot services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms on khythranoph.ddd.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent on Khythranoph platform.
Entire Agreement
